DECISIONMAKERS

This book, Complex Projects, is mainly meant for principals and decision makers of complex, often large, projects. The objective is how to manage and to control the project processes through investing in the preventive orientated start.

The application areas in current and future society are; change and innovation, both in the area of technology and organization. In most cases a combination of both.

Complexity is the result of multidisciplinarity, a large number of influential stakeholders and, of course, the degree of uncertainty. The definition is that not one person, or even a team can not understand necessary details of the project in its different main phases. This book is based on 20 years of international cooperation and some 100 live case stories.
